Refund Policy

We accept returns on eligible bikes within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the bike must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, chargers, keys, and included components.

Customers must contact us at support@budgetoem.com before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Returned bikes may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Used bikes, modified bikes, damaged items, opened electrical components, batteries showing signs of misuse, and clearance/final-sale products are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been inspected.
